Refund policy

Each Jeevni piece is carefully checked before it leaves our hands. Because our jewellery is handmade and every botanical is naturally unique, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges.

However, if your piece reaches you damaged, please write to us at info.jeevni@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery and share a few photos. We’ll arrange a pick-up and take care of it.

Once we receive the piece back and confirm it is unused and in its original condition, we’ll process your refund.

Every piece is made with real botanicals, so small variations are part of its charm—no two will ever be exactly the same (and we think that’s the beauty of it).
