Shipping policy

Orders are usually packed and sent out within 4–5 working days. We like to take a little moment to pack each piece safely before it begins its journey to you.

Once it’s on the way, it usually reaches you within 3–7 working days across India, depending on where you live.

Some pieces may take a little longer to prepare. If that happens, we’ll make sure to let you know.

Shipping is free on orders above ₹888. For orders below that, a small shipping charge of ₹120 will be added at checkout.

Sometimes courier delays happen because of weather, holidays, or logistics (flowers can’t control traffic yet). But if your package seems to be taking an unusually long scenic route, just write to us at info.jeevni@gmail.com and we’ll look into it.
